Chapter 32 Article V of the City of Omaha Municipal Code requires stormwater management methods that will capture and treat the first one-half inch of runoff on each new site of development platted and approved after July 1, 2008, and the submittal of a Post Construction Stormwater Management Plan (PCSMP) that will provide details of the placement and design of these methods.  Stormwater management control strategies that implement infiltration, detention, and filtering of stormwater are required where and when reasonably practicable to achieve the requirements of this ordinance.
